Join Michael Burke, Vibrational Sound Therapist, during this 90 minute experience of sound from an assortment of instruments including Himalayan bowls, gong, Shaman drum, chimes, Native American flute and spoken word. Participants are encouraged to lay down in a comfortable position for them making use of props such as blankets, bolsters and eye pillows, and are expected to do nothing... This is a time of BEing, not DOing...This is a space where the ability to receive is highly accentuated and we tap into the Divine Consciousness flowering through our every breath as human beings.. Not human doings.. To unplug is beneficial for the entire system.. this subtle, yet powerful act of surrendering and allowing, creates an energetic flow where homeostasis happens naturally and the feel-good chemicals of our systems are released, so that as we experience the rebuilding of our selves.

Join Michael Burke for this special hands-on event exploring vibrational sound healing. Michael will start with a walk-through and demonstration of how to tap into the energy of the various instruments he uses for vibrational healing - singing bowls, flutes, chimes, gongs, spirit drums, etc. Following the instrument overview, participants will have time to play each instrument and ask questions. We'll conclude with a group Himalayan bowl practice and mini sound journey meditation.

After the session, Michael will have hand crafted Himalayn bowls from the Bhusal clan in Nepal for sale between $75 - $1500, These bowls have been chanted and prayed over while they are being cast and are embued with an amazing healing energy that comes out when you play them. Each bowl is made of 7 different metals representing our energy centers.
